Chicken Pineapple
Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts Cubed (1-2 lbs. depending on how much much protein you want)
One 16oz. jar of pineapple salsa
Brown Rice (follow box directions)
2 garlic cloves
Procedure:

Place chicken in pan, add
garlic- once chicken is almost fully cooked

Add salsa and let chicken
simmer on low for 5-8 minutes

Finally add rice, stir
and enjoy!!
